PVDF film, the weather resistant insulation film for electrical purposes is one of the solar cell power generation components key raw material used for the insulation back plate.
At present, PVDF film used for solar power generation is dominated by French manufacturers such as Akma, Japanese Electrical Chemistry, South Korea SKC, etc., and most domestic solar cell power module manufacturers can only import from abroad.
Our customer after nearly 3 years of R & D, they successfully mastered a number of core technologies and production processes for large-scale production of PVDF films, and become a few companies with relatively mature technologies in China that can independently and independently produce films for solar power generation.
Waste film and die material will be produced during film production line. In order to effectively save cost, we suggest our customer our ASP shredding and pelletizing system.
Our ASPTM series shredding and pelletizing system combines function of shredding, crushing, enforcing feeding, plasticization and pelletizing in one program.
Applied in the plastics recycling and pelletizing process, ASPTM system is a integrated and cost-saving solution for every kind of plastic scrap, such as film, raffia, trim, purge, hollow part, bottle and foaming material in plant recycling.
In collaboration with European shredders supplier, the specialized shredding rotors set to combine with single screw extruders, to pre-reduce, crush and enforcing feed various plasticsscraps; the plastic scraps can be in form of film, bottles, raffia, woven bag/non-woven, fabrics, purges, lumps; it is a universal system for all kinds of plastic scrap, in any kind of condition.
Die-face water ring pelletizing system set as the standard granulating method in ASPTM system. Self-adjusting pelletizing head for the best granulate quality and long using-life thanks to consistently correct blades pressure. RPM of rotatory blades is automatic based on melt extruding pressure.
The recycled pellets can be applied in the downstream PVDF film production used for solar power generation, chemical properties of PVDF film are excellent in UV resistance, corrosion resistance, especially flame retardant.
